Pin Up Casino App, Download Guide, Login & UK Player Review

The Pin Up Casino app gives you access to a library of over 10,000 games, a full sportsbook, and live betting, all from a single mobile account. Before you download it, there is one thing every UK player should know upfront: Pin Up Casino does not hold a UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) licence. It operates under a Curaçao Gaming Authority licence, which means it sits outside the UK regulatory safety net. That is not a reason to dismiss the platform, but it is information you need before you make any deposit. This guide covers everything that matters, the APK download process, iOS availability, payment options, responsible gambling tools, and what the Curaçao licence actually means for you as a player in Great Britain.

Pin Up Casino, Key Facts

Licensing and What It Means for UK Players

Pin Up Casino is operated by Carletta N.V. and licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority under licence OGL/2024/580/0570. Following a reform of the Curaçao licensing regime, the authority now applies stricter auditing, player-protection, and anti-money-laundering requirements than the old master-licence system, and Pin Up successfully transitioned to this updated framework.

However, the critical point for anyone in Great Britain is this: Pin Up does not hold a UKGC licence. Under the Gambling (Licensing and Advertising) Act 2014, any operator legally offering services to UK residents is required to hold a UKGC licence. Operating under a Curaçao licence alone means the platform sits outside UK regulatory oversight. Practically, this means:

• You are not covered by the UKGC’s Licence Conditions and Codes of Practice.
• Pin Up is not integrated with GamStop, the UK’s national self-exclusion scheme. A GamStop registration will not block your access to this site.
• Dispute resolution falls under Curaçao jurisdiction, not the UK’s Financial Ombudsman or UKGC complaints process.
• There is no UK-level guarantee on how player funds are protected in the event the operator ceases trading.

It is not a criminal offence for a UK resident to access a Curaçao-licensed casino, but you sit outside the safety net the UKGC put in place. Weigh that carefully before depositing. The Pin Up Casino App, Android APK Download Guide

The PIN-UP app is not listed on the Google Play Store. Google’s gambling policy restricts casino apps to a small set of geo-approved markets, and Pin Up sits outside that set, so the app is distributed as a direct APK download from the official Pin Up website. This is standard practice for international casino operators and does not indicate anything is wrong with the file, but you must only download it from the official domain to avoid tampered versions.

Step-by-Step Android Installation

1. Open your browser on your Android phone and navigate to the official Pin Up website.
2. Find the APK download button, typically labelled “Download for Android” or similar, visible on the homepage or a dedicated app page.
3. Tap the button and let the file download to your device. The file is approximately 65 MB; allow around 150 MB of free storage space for unpacking during installation.
4. When prompted, your phone may display a warning: “Install unknown apps” or “Allow from this source.” Go to your Security settings and enable installation from unknown sources for your browser app. On Android 8 and above, this setting is per-app rather than global.
5. Open the downloaded APK file from your Downloads folder and tap Install.
6. Once installed, the Pin Up icon will appear on your home screen. Open the app, log in with your existing account credentials or register a new account directly in the app.

Android System Requirements

Troubleshooting Common Android Installation Errors

If the APK does not install cleanly, work through these fixes:

• “Install blocked” or “Unknown sources” error, Go to Settings > Apps > your browser app > Install unknown apps, and toggle it on. On older Android versions (below 8.0), look under Settings > Security > Unknown sources.
• APK downloads but won’t open, The file may be incomplete. Delete it and re-download from the official site with a stable Wi-Fi connection. Check that you have at least 150 MB free before retrying.
• Google Play Protect warning, Play Protect flags APKs from outside the Play Store by design. You can tap “Install anyway” after reviewing. The warning is precautionary, not a confirmation of malware. Only proceed if you downloaded from the official Pin Up domain.
• App installs but login fails, Confirm your Android version meets the minimum requirement (Android 5.0+). Clear the app cache (Settings > Apps > Pin Up > Clear Cache) and try again.
• App crashes on launch, This often happens on rooted devices or emulators. The app may also behave differently over VPN connections. If you are using any of those setups, use the mobile browser version instead.
• Slow loading or game freezes, Ensure you have a stable connection of at least 1 Mbps. Close background apps to free up RAM. Live dealer games and the sportsbook require more data than slots.

iOS App Availability

There is currently no native Pin Up Casino app on the Apple App Store. The iOS app has been under development, but as of now, iPhone and iPad users cannot download a dedicated app via the App Store. This is a genuine limitation worth being clear-eyed about before you decide to sign up.

The practical alternative for iOS users is the Progressive Web App (PWA) or mobile browser version:

• Open Safari on your iPhone or iPad and navigate to the official Pin Up website.
• Tap the Share icon at the bottom of the screen.
• Select “Add to Home Screen” and follow the on-screen steps.
• The Pin Up icon will appear on your home screen and behave similarly to a native app.
• All games, account features, deposits, withdrawals, and the sportsbook are accessible through this route.

For the PWA to work smoothly, your iOS version should be up to date. The experience closely mirrors the native Android app, though you lose a small amount of performance compared to an installed APK.

App Features Overview

The PIN-UP app brings the full desktop platform to your phone without cutting corners on content. Key features available in the app include:

• Sportsbook, 40+ sports covered with approximately 50,000 daily events, real-time odds, and live match statistics.

Promotions and Offers

Pin Up Casino’s welcome offer is split into two tracks, casino and sports, so you choose the one that matches how you plan to play. The casino bonus carries a 50x wagering requirement, which is on the high side; read the terms carefully before claiming.

Important note on the casino bonus wagering: The 50x requirement on the casino welcome bonus is substantially higher than the UK regulated market average of around 35x. You must wager the bonus amount 50 times within just 72 hours. On a £100 bonus, that means £5,000 of qualifying bets in three days. Only claim it if you understand and accept those terms.

Payment Methods

GBP is a supported currency, and UK-friendly card and e-wallet options are available. Pin Up does not charge its own transaction fees, though your card provider or e-wallet may apply their own charges.

Note: PayPal is not currently listed as a supported method at Pin Up Casino. This is a meaningful gap for UK players who rely on it as their primary e-wallet. Use Skrill or Neteller as the nearest alternatives.

Responsible Gambling Tools

This is the section where Pin Up’s limitations are most relevant for UK players. The platform provides a basic set of responsible gambling tools, but they fall short of what UKGC-licensed operators are legally required to offer.

What Pin Up does provide:

• Self-exclusion and account closure, requests must be made via live chat or customer support
• Reality checks and a self-assessment test to help identify risky behaviour patterns
• Account blocking on request

What is absent compared to UKGC standards:

• No deposit limits, loss limits or wager limits you can set yourself within the app
• No GamStop integration, registering with GamStop will not prevent access to Pin Up
• No automatic cool-off periods triggered by the platform

If you are concerned about your gambling, the following support services operate independently of any casino: UK players can also self-exclude across multiple licensed sites at once through gamstop.co.uk, a free national scheme that adds an extra layer of protection.

• GamCare, gamcare.org.uk, free counselling and support
• BeGambleAware, begambleaware.org, information and self-help tools
• GamStop, gamstop.co.uk, self-exclusion from all UKGC-licensed sites (note: does not cover Pin Up)
• NHS gambling support, available through nhs.uk

How to Log In and Register via the App

Once the app is installed (Android) or the PWA is saved to your home screen (iOS), registration takes only a few minutes:

1. Open the app and tap the Register or Sign Up button.
2. Enter your email address and create a password.
3. Select your country and choose GBP as your account currency.
4. Verify your email address via the link sent to your inbox.
5. Complete KYC verification (identity document and proof of address) before your first withdrawal, this is mandatory regardless of which payment method you use.

If you already have a Pin Up account, simply open the app and enter your registered email and password. If you have forgotten your password, use the “Forgot Password” link on the login screen and follow the reset link sent to your email.

Accessibility and App Interface

The app interface adapts to different screen sizes and device orientations. Navigation uses a bottom menu bar for quick access to casino, sportsbook, promotions and account sections. The design is dark-themed by default, which reduces eye strain in low-light conditions. Font sizing follows the device’s system settings, so adjustments made in your phone’s accessibility menu are respected by the app. Screen reader compatibility depends on your device’s accessibility mode; the mobile browser version may offer better support for assistive technologies than the APK.

Customer Support

Support is accessible directly within the app. Open the profile menu, navigate to Help, and choose between live chat or email. Live chat is the fastest channel and is available around the clock, including weekends and public holidays. Email responses typically arrive within a few hours. There is no telephone support line. The in-app FAQ covers common queries including payment delays, bonus terms and account verification.
